ATT 532: Backbends
Begin a whole new level of mastery of the most difficult poses - back- bends. These are the most significant poses for bringing yoga off the blankets and into your life. Explore the selective use of muscles to support spinal opening in challenging poses. Unravel the tensions that create the tendency for your body to crunch forward as you age. You will also learn to teach Half-Day Workshops and continue your study of the Shiva Sutras. Prerequisites: ATT courses 75, 76, 77, 402, 403, 411, 412, and 531 along with the homework from each course. Members Tuition: early (30 days prior) - $ 1365,
