Selected poses are included to help you clarify the anatomical principles that underlie the science of Svaroopa. yoga. you will work in partner-pairs to deepen your understanding of the poses and of the human body, underscoring the importance of spinal release for health and healing. If Experiential Anatomy is part of your Yoga Teacher Training (YTT), you must complete it before you take YTT Level 4. After taking this course, you will understand the body in a whole new way. Successful completion of this course will maintain your Current Standing status or, if you are not in Current Standing, return you to Current Standing for Continuing Education.
