Personal Yoga Coach

Ever wish you could have a personal yoga coach to inspire you, answer your questions, and help you create and reach goals for your personal practice? Now you can! You'll meet with your coach in personal phone conferences twice a month for 3 months. Your coach will help you with relapse control, motivation, questions that arise after other programs, and general support. You can repeat this to have support throughout the program if you like.
