Seva - the Yoga of Service

Selfless service, performed with pure love without any thought of personal gain or attachment to the result, offers a reliable and expansive antidote to our high-speed lives. In this home-study course, you will have 3 telephone consultations with a mentor who will help you create and implement a seva project. Upon completion, you will write about your experience to invite further insight into this often overlooked but integral path of yoga. Your report will be reviewed by your mentor.
