What do you do when your mind drives you crazy? Learn what your mind is, how it works and how to work with it. Discover what it means when yoga says, “You are not your mind. You are so much more.” Vidyadevi will guide you through yoga’s ancient teachings on the mind, drawing from multiple texts to give you a new way of living with your mind. Know how to deal with your mind in practical and useful ways and how to get past your mind so you experience your own Self. Each call includes ample time for questions and discussion, as well as e-mail support from the group between phone calls. Calls are recorded in case you cannot make it at that time.

Find out why you are here! In this course, Karobi gives yoga’s teachings on the purpose of your life, including the “Four Goals of Life” as well as how the practice of yamas and niyamas brings yoga into your daily life. Explore and deepen your relationship with the divine, outside and inside. Discover how to make the fastest and easiest progress toward enlightenment. These teachings are introduced in YTT Level 2, though Karobi goes into much greater detail in the hours dedicated to these important matters.
