We are delighted to announce our new training track that qualifies you to train other teachers, Teacher Trainer Training (TTT). Take your students to profoundly deeper levels of inner exploration as they learn to lead others through the healing and transformation that Svaroopa^® yoga provides. Prepare to offer Teacher Training courses in your home studio through intensive or weekend formats. Participate in Master Yoga's commitment to you and your community - by training you how to train other teachers in your own hometown, or anywhere around the world!

Become a Foundations Teacher A

• to be held in 2011

Take your first giant step in becoming a Foundations Teacher. This week–long course includes practice in leading partner–pairing, clarifying the pose teaching protocols, leading group chants of Svaroopa^® yoga, training in how to give talks on karma yoga, leading a long Shavasana and the discussion afterward, and supporting students during Foundations. Following this course, you'll receive personal coaching while serving as an apprentice in two Foundations courses, presenting the elements you prepared for in this training.

Successful completion of this course makes you qualified as a Secondary Teacher in Foundations, which means you can present the course in tandem with a Primary Teacher. You present 40% of the course, which is 3–5 hours per day. You may schedule courses in your area or anywhere, by partnering with a Foundations Primary Teacher through Master Yoga.

Prerequisite: CSYT, Teaching Review within the last 18 months

Tuition: Early registration (30 days prior) – $ 1,450, late registration – $ 1,710. Your tuition covers the 7-day training. Next, you set up your personal apprenticeship in two (or more) Foundations courses, with your tuition at $720 per apprenticeship.

Become a Foundations Teacher B NEW!

6–Day Course: to be held in 2012 • Malvern PA

Complete your training and become a Primary Teacher for Foundations of Svaroopa^® Yoga. Your training includes 10 weekly phone calls, a 6-day in-person course with Swami Nirmalananda and personal coaching while apprenticing in three Foundations courses. Your training includes how to present the Foundations talks on Consciousness, anatomy, YTT information, and lesson planning, as well as how to support students and fellow teachers while in the course.

Successful completion of this course makes you qualified as a Primary Teacher in Foundations, which means you can present the course on your own or in tandem with a Secondary Teacher. You may teach Foundations courses in your hometown or in a host studio as an intensive or in a weekly format.

Prerequisite: Foundations Secondary Teacher (training and experience), Meditation Teacher Training, Vichara Training, Certified Svaroopa^® Yoga Therapist – Level 1, and Teaching Review within the last 6 months.

Tuition: Early registration (30 days prior) – $ 2,100, late registration – $ 2,400. Your tuition covers the 10-meeting phone course and the 6-day in-person training. Next, you set up your personal apprenticeship in three (or more) Foundations courses, with your tuition at an additional $450 per Foundations course.

Materials fee $100.

TTT for Level 1

Your training follows a similar format as the training in how to teach Foundations, first qualifying as a Secondary Teacher and then as a Primary Teacher. The full program and schedule will be made available after the first successful Foundations teachers have been trained and certified.
